Return Eligibility:

  • Original Tags Attached: Ensure all original tags remain affixed to the garment.
  • Preserved Packaging: Utilize the original packaging for the return shipment.
  • Proof of Purchase: Kindly provide your receipt or purchase confirmation.

Initiating a Return:

To commence a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team via email at Support@.essentialclothingsofficial.com. They will expertly guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

Important Note:

Refrain from sending returns without prior authorization and a return label. Unauthorized returns will be politely declined.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items:

Upon receipt, thoroughly inspect your order for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. If encountered, promptly contact us for prompt resolution.

Return Limitations:

Certain items, due to hygiene or safety concerns, are exempt from returns. This includes perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items. Exchange Process:

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, initiating a return for the original item and placing a separate order for the desired item is recommended. This approach ensures the swiftest processing and delivery of your new selection.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day window exists to cancel or return the order without justification. The previously outlined eligibility criteria for returns still apply.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that additional processing time might be required by your bank or credit card company.
